SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipping:  Delivery in 5-8 business days from when order is placed. Orders are processed on business days, excluding holidays. A shipment confirmation will be provided with tracking number via email.

Expedited shipping: Delivery in 2-4 business days from when order is placed. Orders are processed within 1 business day. We utilize carriers that guarantee delivery in 2-3 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Orders with multiple products: Products may be shipped separately to ensure packaging is optimal. For example, if paper plates and pillow cases are ordered at the same time, these items will be packaged separately and either mailed at the same time or 1-2 business days separately.

Our goal is for orders to be delivered in a timely manner. However, due to the unpredictability of COVID 19 pandemic and variability of carriers, delivery time frames may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will update you accordingly.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you purchase from us, but understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like the product, or it didn’t work as expected, we will try our best to make it right.

 

Stationary, including greeting cards and paper products, including Santa Claus and Faces paper plates can not be returned. Pillow covers can not be returned due to the hygienic nature of the item. Santa Claus Tea Pot can not be returned.
